Lion’s Rooter is wonderful! Salvador and his team have replaced a French drain around our detached garage, repaired a leaking water line in our attic crawl space, and fixed an outside water pipe that cracked. Salvador came very short notice for the water line and leaking outdoor pipe. He does solid work, and charges reasonable rates. It’s hard to find reliable, honest and kind people like Salvador these days. We highly recommend Lion’s Rooter for anyone who may need plumbing help!

After hearing a couple of very strange noises coming from the water heater, I started wondering if there was a leak somewhere in the house. Salvador was referred to me by a water company and how grateful I am for that referral. He was extremely thorough, checking every possibility, explaining all that that he did and why. I highly recommend him for all plumbing needs.

We have an ADU that has plumbing that was put in incorrectly. There has been a terrible smell, and we needed it fixed asap. Lions Rooter came and fixed it easily by putting on a temporary cap until we can afford to redo the bathroom. This saved us so much money and we're grateful they helped us quickly and on the spot. I hope to have Sal come back and help when we redo the faulty sewage pipes!

I was out of hot water for 2 weeks. As a nursing student I did not have time to be calling around and wasting time. A friend referred me to Lions Rooter Drain Cleaning, and now I have my brand new water heater withing a day from calling them. Now I can do those things we take for granted like doing laundry and taking a real shower, not a bucket bath from having to warm up the water for baths and for dishes. I can't say enough. We bought our dream home last summer and Sal has been vital from the start. He fixed a leak that caused major floor damage, we managed to get a floor repair before moving in. He just spent all Saturday doing more work for us and was off to help another customer after 5pm. He is dedicated and makes sure the job is done right. He is not easy to get right away, because he’s focused on the job. I’m looking forward to getting him back for more work—there’s just too much in this house—to do it all at once. Your the Man Sal!

Salvador and his team went above and beyond with our bathroom remodel which included installing all new fixtures and replacing some of our old plumbing lines. From start to finish Salvador checked in often throughout the entire process. His company does great work and does it in a very timely manner. His pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely be calling him for any future repairs or projects.

Our main water line broke and we needed to have someone come out tonight because we would have had no water otherwise. Salvador came to our rescue on a Friday and on his Birthday! He was very professional and gave us a very fair quote. He did an amazing job and was very thorough and fast. Definitely will keep his card on my fridge to call when we need a great plumber!

The gentlemen were prompt and got right to work on our clogged system. They were immediately able to locate the issue. They had just what they needed to take care of the issue and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Salvador even identified some potential future problems and gave us an estimate on what we could expect to handle that in the future when we're ready. I highly recommend their service.

Called at 8:30 on a Friday and Salvador showed up 45 minutes later. Awesome service as he explained each step he was taking to unclog our main sewer line of roots etc. Both Salvador and his assistant were friendly, knowledgable and great customer service. I was impressed that he was able to fit us in so quickly and would not hesitate to use Lions Rooter again for any plumbing project. Prices were comparable to what I expected.

Salvador quoted a price that seemed about right. He then spent over 2 hours trying to clear my 100 ft. very old line to rhe street. I was giving up but he never got discouraged and tried different things until it cleared. I got tired watching him work. I can tell he is very knowledgeable about what he does and I apprediated his extra effort. The price remained what he quoted. It's nice to know someone who will do what they say without the price juggling. Thank you Salvador.

The best experience . My drain pipes from Washer are the pits. Yes trees etc. They are causing all kinds of problems in the line they serve with sink in kitchen. The house is 80, and that might explain a lot. Lions were just that. They explained every step of the way and costs associated. And mind you today was a blustery, nasty, rainy Washington day. Tomorrow we finish the nightmare. I'm resting knowing the best company in Washington State is at my helm.

There were several things that I loved about this company...the fact that in the right hand corner of their trucks there is a Scripture that says "I can do all things Through Christ." 2nd thing was once I had explained my situation to Jose & he was willing to work with my husband & I regarding our sewer issues, 3rd was they prayed before starting the job. I had been praying for about 2 weeks that I would find a company that would be able to help us & God truly brought us All About Router. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. They were amazing! It took them 1 day to do the project & we are truly pleased with all that they have done. God Bless you all. This is a message that I left with All About Rooter & come to find out that this is a 'sister' company which his brother runs. With all 3 (Rooter Tech LLC also) companies pulling together they finished a 3 day job in a day. I can't tell you all how happy my husband & I are. Again, I would recommend any of these companies to do your work.

Salvador came out on a Saturday afternoon. He and his associate cleared the tree roots very quickly and efficiently. The clean out was outside and not the easiest to access the T-clean out, but Salvador made it look easy. His price included scoping the sewer where past plumbers would have charged extra. Highly recommend him.

Showed up promptly. Did a great job at a very fair and reasonable rate that he quoted me before he started.

Salvador was the 4th plumber to come to my house, and he is the man!... the first two plumbers told me that I needed a portion of my sewer line replaced ($10,000+ quotes), wouldn’t do any thing less, and charged me $50 just to make the visit. The 3rd was gonna charge me $800+ to snake and scope. Salvador identified the clog depth with the sewer scope and in about 15-20 of snaking the line he cleared the line. Once cleared he reinspected with the scope and found the drain to be free and clear of any roots or debris (granted a little deteriorated). He also included a dvd of the scope video from the clean out to the city line, all this for under $500. Salvador is my new plumber for life! Thanks Salvador!!!

Replaced a leak in an outdoor faucet. Replaced a section of pipe and fixed the non stop water running. I would recommend Lions Plumbing efficient and professional service.
